WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
South Texas Custom Trailers (STX) builds custom livestock trailers for the ranching industry. Recognized for our extensive customization options, STX customer service and product quality have become so well-known that its market area has expanded dramatically. Because our products are built-to-order, STX delivers trailers which meet the customers’ every need.
We developed our custom livestock trailer business because THE owner couldn’t get a trailer that met all his needs.
What We Build
We build the kind of trailers that we want to own – heavy duty, easy to use and long-lasting.
Designing your trailer is limited only by your imagination. Starting with the size of your trailer, we walk you through the design process from front to back ensuring that the final product is exactly what you want. The STX team can provide pictures of previous projects but we love building an original design that makes the customer’s ideal trailer a reality.
LIVESTOCK Trailers
Our livestock trailers are built of 3/16 cold rolled fenders, schedule 80 bows, and thick-walled pipe. Every feature on our trailers are built to take the punishment of years of everyday wear and tear. Our base length starts at 10’ with finish out done to customer specs. Customization doesn’t stop at fabrication. We offer hundreds of colors, so the finish is as unique as the trailer itself. Your STX livestock trailer will be a valuable part of your fleet for years to come.
UTILITY TRAILERS
STX produces utility trailers for both industrial and personal use, ranging from 8’ to 35’ long for farm/ranch use with pin-hitches to heavy duty ball or gooseneck hitches. STX delivers trailers which meet the customers’ every need, something no other trailer company can say.
TRailer REPAIRs
We can bring your old trailer back to life. Whether small or large, STX can give it many more years of life. From simple welding repairs to complete reworking or repainting, tarp replacement, new floors to additional modifications, our well-qualified team has over 250 years of production experience.
